Mansel Griffiths has been a Consultant ENT/Head & Neck Surgeon for the United Bristol Healthcare NHS Trust since 1978. He qualified from the Welsh School of Medicine in 1965, and is a Professor of Technology in Surgery (University of Aston). He was an Ontario Cancer Research Fellow and Charlie Conacher Research Fellow, Toronto 1975/6. He is a Senior clinical lecturer for the University of Bristol, past Chairman of the South West Training Committee, and past President of the BMA Bristol Division (2000-2001).
